Our Name has Changed

Effective July 1, 2023, Health Partners Plans changed its marketing name to Jefferson Health Plans! We continue to offer high quality, affordable health plans for residents in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Members still have the same great benefits and programs with Jefferson Health Plans as they have with HPP. Plan benefits and coverage will not change and there is nothing that you need to do.
