Over the Counter (OTC) Coverage
Jefferson Health Plans Medicare members enjoy a generous allowance for over-the-counter (OTC) health items each quarter. You can conveniently shop in-store, online or over the phone at a variety of participating retailers, including pharmacies and groceries, using your OTC allowance. Eligible OTC items include allergy, cold and flu and pain relief medications, foot care items, dental care items, vitamins and more!

Where to Buy OTC Items
You can use your OTC allowance on a wide variety of products. Jefferson Health Plans has developed catalogs to help you spend your OTC allowance.

You can shop for approved OTC items at many stores, including large retailers and independent pharmacies including ACME, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Walmart.
Online Access
Our online OTC portal, MyBenefitsCenter.com, has all the information about your OTC benefits in one easy place. You can: view your available OTC balance, find preferred retails and shop online, search covered items and view your transaction history.
